THE PURCHASING COMPANY AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

That all videos & collateral material are copyrighted and/or trademarked, and any reproduction of these materials for any purpose, by any person or entity, is a violation of Federal Copyright Law with penalties of up to five years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine.
That the purchased program(s) is intended for the specific use of the purchasing company ONLY, including and limited to any other location or wholly owned subsidiaries.
That the purchasing company will not sell, loan, give away or dispossess itself in any way whatsoever the purchased program(s) to any other company, person or entity, public or private, for any union campaign or for any other purpose. If the purchasing company is in violation of this provision, above mentioned purchasing company will be in violation of the Federal Copyright Law. That the purchased, non-refundable, program(s) will be shipped when the order is submitted by the purchaser, indicating agreement with these terms and conditions.
